We are a nonsmoking inn. Because we are a historic home, smoking is permitted outside on porches and patios. Cleaning fees for smocking in room can be up to $300/room.

Pets may be welcome on an individual basis and based on availability.

Reservation Policies: Credit card and $25.00 required to confirm a reservation.

Cancellations made less than 2 days before a week day (Sun- Thurs) will be charged the $25.00 deposit. Cancellations made less than 1 week before a weekend, holiday, holiday eve, for a multi-night or multi-room reservation will be charged for 1 full day of the reservation. For multi room or night rezervations half of full bill will be charged if cancled less then 2 weeks in advance. We realize that situations arise that require a change or late cancellation of a reservation. Of course we sympathize, but because of the adverse effect such cancellations have on our small business we must adhere to our cancellation policies. We consider early departure a cancellation.

We offer discounts for parents of UNT &TWU university students and active duty military personnel.

Check out 11am, noon Sundays

Early and late check in/out times are available but fee will apply. Other fees that may aply include Service fees or Large Party fee.
